Savings estimate = credits × $475, DSU's undergraduate rate of $1,425 per 3-credit course (2026-2027 Academic Catalog). Under the articulation agreement DSU does not charge tuition for the UPI Study courses it recognizes as credit. Credit awards are subject to DSU's registrar review and policy.
International Business looks at how companies operate across national borders. It covers how culture, trade rules, exchange rates, and political and economic differences affect the way businesses sell, negotiate, hire, and make decisions in different countries.
International Business is a self-paced online course built on video lessons, with quizzes worth 20% of the grade, a 30% assignment, and a 50% final exam. Completing it produces transcript credit that Dunlap-Stone University recognizes as a Business Elective under the articulation agreement, so the 3 credits count toward total credit hours and elective requirements.
The course covers how culture, trade rules, exchange rates, and political and economic differences shape how businesses sell, negotiate, and hire across borders. Those skills apply to many business roles, whether you work for a company with overseas operations or a local firm that buys or sells abroad. At DSU, the 3 credits fill elective space in the Associate of Arts: Business Administration and the Bachelor of Business Administration, and they also count toward elective requirements in the Bachelor of Arts: Psychology.
After you finish the course, your transcript is sent to Dunlap-Stone University. The DSU registrar then applies the Business Elective equivalency, which counts the 3 credits toward your total credit hours and your elective requirements. DSU allows up to 90 transferable credits, which is 75% of a degree, and this course counts toward that total along with any other transfer work you bring in.
This course suits working adults, students finishing a degree, career changers moving toward business, and students who want to keep costs down by earning credit before enrolling. Because DSU recognizes it as an elective, not a core or general education requirement, it is most useful when you need elective hours. It is not the right choice if you need a specific required course in your DSU major, and students already close to the transfer ceiling should confirm how much room remains before enrolling.
Dunlap-Stone University recognizes UPI Study courses for credit in its undergraduate degrees under the signed articulation agreement. Each course below has the DSU course, general education category or elective credit Appendix 1 assigns it.
Transfer credits are never guaranteed. Students must be enrolled at DSU in good standing and meet course and program requirements. DSU is solely responsible for how it recognizes UPI Study courses.
Enroll for $250 (or use a UPI Study subscription), finish in 28–30 days, and transfer 3 credits to Dunlap-Stone University.
