Savings estimate = credits × $475, DSU's undergraduate rate of $1,425 per 3-credit course (2026-2027 Academic Catalog). Under the articulation agreement DSU does not charge tuition for the UPI Study courses it recognizes as credit. Credit awards are subject to DSU's registrar review and policy.
Leadership and Organizational Behavior looks at how people act in workplaces and why organizations function the way they do. It covers topics like leadership styles, motivation, communication, teamwork, personality, values, and decision-making so you can understand both individual behavior and group dynamics in a business setting. The course also connects these ideas to real organizational problems, such as morale, conflict, and ethical choices.
The course is self-paced and online. You work through video lessons on your own schedule, complete quizzes and an assignment, and sit a final exam, with each of attendance, quizzes, assignments, and the final exam weighted at 25% of your grade. When you finish and the credit appears on your transcript, DSU recognizes it as MGT-345 – Organizational Behavior through a named course equivalency.
The course examines how leadership styles, motivation, communication, and teamwork play out in actual workplaces, along with the ethical choices managers face. Because DSU recognizes it as MGT-345 – Organizational Behavior, it fits naturally into business-oriented study, including the Associate of Arts: Business Administration and the Bachelor of Business Administration. Students in the Bachelor of Arts: Psychology may also find its material on individual behavior and group dynamics useful alongside their coursework.
After you complete the course, UPI Study sends your transcript to Dunlap-Stone University. DSU's registrar applies the credit as MGT-345 – Organizational Behavior, a named course equivalency, which means the credit is matched to a specific course in the DSU catalog rather than placed in a general category. That matters when you are building a degree plan, since you can reference the MGT-345 code directly. Transfer credit at DSU is limited to 90 credits, or 75% of a degree, so this course counts toward that ceiling along with any other transferred work.
This course suits working adults who want to add credit toward a DSU business degree without adding a full semester's tuition, and career changers who need a grounding in how organizations operate before moving into management. Cost-conscious students benefit as well, since every transferred credit is one DSU credit they do not have to take at $475 per credit. Because DSU recognizes the course as a named equivalency, you get a specific catalog match, but total transfer is capped at 90 credits, so plan around that limit. It is not a fit if you need a scheduled, instructor-led class or if you expect the course to replace hands-on management experience.
Dunlap-Stone University recognizes UPI Study courses for credit in its undergraduate degrees under the signed articulation agreement. Each course below has the DSU course, general education category or elective credit Appendix 1 assigns it.
Transfer credits are never guaranteed. Students must be enrolled at DSU in good standing and meet course and program requirements. DSU is solely responsible for how it recognizes UPI Study courses.
Enroll for $250 (or use a UPI Study subscription), finish in 28–30 days, and transfer 3 credits to Dunlap-Stone University.
