Savings estimate = credits × $475, DSU's undergraduate rate of $1,425 per 3-credit course (2026-2027 Academic Catalog). Under the articulation agreement DSU does not charge tuition for the UPI Study courses it recognizes as credit. Credit awards are subject to DSU's registrar review and policy.
Leading Organizational Change is the study of how leaders guide people, teams, and whole organizations through change. It looks at why change happens, how leadership styles affect the process, and how structures, communication, and power shape what people do when a business is trying to move in a new direction.
The course is self-paced and online, built around video lessons that cover why organizations change, how leadership styles shape the process, and how power and communication influence what people do. Your grade is weighted 20% quizzes, 30% assignment, and 50% final exam, so the final exam carries the most weight. When you complete the course, the transcript credit goes to Dunlap-Stone University, which recognizes it as BUS-113 – Topics in Contemporary Business or Business Elective.
The course helps you tell the difference between managing a process and leading people through it, and it gives you practical tools for stakeholder communication and handling resistance to change. Those skills apply whether you are coordinating a team project or pursuing a promotion. At DSU, the credit can count toward the Associate of Arts: Business Administration, the Bachelor of Business Administration, or, as a business elective, the Bachelor of Arts: Psychology.
After you finish the course, UPI Study sends your transcript to Dunlap-Stone University, and DSU's registrar applies the named recognition as BUS-113 – Topics in Contemporary Business or Business Elective. That means the credit maps to a specific catalog code rather than a generic transfer placeholder, which makes it easier to place in your degree plan. Transfer credit at DSU is capped at 90 credits, or 75% of a degree, so this three-credit course counts toward that ceiling. Check with DSU advising before enrolling to confirm where the credit will fit in your specific program.
This course suits working adults who want credit for a business topic they already deal with on the job, degree-finishers who need a few remaining credits, and cost-conscious students looking to avoid paying DSU's $475 per-credit rate for this material. Because transfer credit is capped at 90 credits (75%) at DSU, it works best for students who still have enough DSU-earned credit to meet residency and degree requirements. It is not a good fit for students who want live instruction or group discussion, since the format is self-paced, or for anyone who expects this course to satisfy a specific named requirement other than BUS-113 or a business elective.
Dunlap-Stone University recognizes UPI Study courses for credit in its undergraduate degrees under the signed articulation agreement. Each course below has the DSU course, general education category or elective credit Appendix 1 assigns it.
Transfer credits are never guaranteed. Students must be enrolled at DSU in good standing and meet course and program requirements. DSU is solely responsible for how it recognizes UPI Study courses.
Enroll for $250 (or use a UPI Study subscription), finish in 28–30 days, and transfer 3 credits to Dunlap-Stone University.
