Dr. Vikas Kaushal is an education industry veteran with over 20 years of experience. He has held numerous leadership positions at various education institutions and companies worldwide, including serving as Managing Director and President of the Pine Grove Group of Institutes, a group of multiple colleges and high schools across Northern India. In addition to his experience in India, Dr. Kaushal has also been a Partner and Director at Vaibs International, a group of kindergarten and daycare schools in Singapore and America. He has also founded the Aspire Group of Colleges, a network of diploma granting colleges in Canada that are expanding to other countries as well.

Work as a CTO of a company

As the CTO of UPI STUDY, Manit is working on developing an AI algorithm to detect the preferred study patterns of each student in order to improve their learning experience in distance education. He is utilizing over two million data points to change the face of tomorrow's learning.

Manit is also responsible for the front-end and backend development of the company's online learning platform, which features live events, profiles and mentions, reactions and threads. He manages a team of software developers and designers to continually improve and innovate on the platform.

Manit's passion for technology stems from his fascination with the power of 0s and 1s to bring life to a piece of code. As his interests in AI and entrepreneurship grew, so did his desire to use technology to change lives.

  • What are the entry requirements to enroll with UPI Diploma?

    Students must be at least 17 years of age and have completed high school.

  • Do I need to submit IELTS or TOEFL results to enroll with UPI?

    No. Students are not required to provide this. If English is not a student's first language the student will need to demonstrate that they have suitable English language literacy and numeracy skills to complete the university pathway program. We may ask a number of written and verbal questions to be satisfied with a student's minimum required English proficiency.

  • Do I need a student visa to enroll with UPI and international colleges?

    No, all courses are offered online and designed to be completed in your country of residence.

  • What form of on-going assistance do you provide to students?

    Students will get the chance to interact with teachers and mentors and get the help and guidance they need to successfully complete their studies. This is done through any number of communication forums including telephone, Skype, webinars, and online group meetings.

  • Can you help me find an education agent?

    Yes, we have built a large network of quality education agents all over the world who provide students with excellent services to meet various needs. For our graduates who may wish to further their studies in another country, or for any other student-related services, we will always be happy to refer you to our most trusted agency partners.

  • Do I need to attend any exams?

    No, there are no exams to attend with any of our courses. However, you will be asked to complete several assessments and projects to be submitted online.

  • Can I apply to enroll with universities not listed or mentioned by UPI?

    Yes, many universities abroad recognise UK Level 4/5 Diploma qualifications as meeting the minimum requirement for entry. Eligibility for credit transfer is typically assessed on a case by case basis and UPI do not guarantee the success of entry or credit transfer with any university that is not mentioned on its website or progression brochure.

  • I have not yet received Class 12 marks, am I eligible to apply for this program?

    Yes, you can apply. As per the Canadian and US education system you are allowed to take college courses in grade 12.

  • What is a conditional offer letter and how is it different from a confirmed offer letter?

    Conditional offer letters will be issued to you by Yorkville University based on documents submitted by UPI STUDY. These documents will be class 10th & 12th mark sheets, resume, passport, and photographs. The conditional offer letter will be converted into a confirmed offer once students meet the conditions mentioned in the conditional offer letter. These conditions will be English proficiency conditions, successful completion of the course at UPI STUDY, and any other condition the university deems fit.
