Ragen Dodson is Head of Marketing at Nexford University, where she leads the strategy behind how the AI-native, DEAC-accredited university reaches and grows its community of working professionals worldwide. Ragen brings over a decade of demand generation and marketing operations experience from roles at SoundThinking, Samsara, and Varonis, with a track record of building multi-channel growth engines and aligning marketing with real revenue outcomes. At Nexford, she's been a driving force behind campaigns like the "AI Translator" workforce initiative and the university's growing network of credit-transfer partnerships — including its articulation agreement with UPI Study. Ragen holds an MS from Southern New Hampshire University and a BA from Purdue University Fort Wayne.
