Post about us, earn points

Tell your friends about UPI Study on social media, in your own words.

  • Genuine posts only.
  • Your own words, good or bad.
  • Add: “I earn UPI Study points for sharing this.”
  • No review sites.

US law (FTC) requires that line on every rewarded post.

See all post rules

Write about how you are earning your credits, or make a video about it. Not an advert: just your own experience, in your own words, for your friends and the people who follow you. Any student can do it.

  • A written post in your own words on Reddit, DegreeForum, LinkedIn, X or your blog: a written post earns 50 points.
  • A YouTube video of 3 minutes or more earns 70 points.
  • A short video on TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts: 70 points.

No limit: every genuine post earns. Points show as pending at once, and 7 days later, if the post is still up, they are yours.

  • Only genuine posts count. If it's genuine, it counts. If it's not genuine (spam, copied, or made up), it is removed and does not count.
  • Your own words. Don't copy our message or anyone else's post. The message in your link box is for sending to a friend, not for posting.
  • Good or bad, it's yours to say. The points never depend on what you say about us: an honest, mixed or critical post earns the same as a glowing one.
  • Say that you earn points. Add one line, for example: "I earn UPI Study points for sharing this." In a video, say it and put it in the description. US law (the FTC's rules on endorsements) requires it whenever someone is rewarded for talking about a company.
  • Follow each community's rules. Many subreddits and forums do not allow promotion. A post that is removed earns nothing.
  • Never on review sites. A review on Trustpilot, Google reviews or any other review site earns nothing, ever: those sites do not allow rewards for reviews.
  • Keep it public. Athena has to be able to read it. One post earns once, and only for the person who wrote it.

    Questions

    Are points money?

No. Points are worth $1 each at UPI Study, but they are not cash: they cannot be withdrawn, paid out, sold or transferred to someone else. You spend them on a transcript, a month of access, a course or Lifetime access.

When do I get the 5 points for a friend?

You get 5 points ($5) as soon as your friend is confirmed as a real new student: they press "Confirm my email address" in our welcome email, or make their first purchase. Until then the points show as pending, and they are never lost by waiting.

Where do I see and spend my points?

Right here once you are signed in, and in the points panel on your Student Dashboard, where you spend them.

    Is there a limit?

Points for friends signing up stop at 600 per account, which is the price of Lifetime access. Points from friends' purchases have no overall limit, but one order earns at most 60 points, a bundle included. There is no limit on points for posts: every genuine post earns.

My friend opened my link but signed up later. Does it count?

Yes, if they sign up on the same browser. Your link is remembered there for 90 days. They can also type your code in the discount box at checkout.

Do I get points for posting about UPI Study?

Yes. A written post in your own words earns 50 points; a YouTube video of 3 minutes or more earns 70; a short video on TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts earns 70. Paste the link in the post box while signed in. Athena reads it, the points show as pending, and 7 days later, if the post is still up, they are yours.

Why must my post say I earn points?

Because you get something for it. US law (the FTC's rules on endorsements) says that when someone is rewarded for talking about a company, the people reading must be told. One short line is enough: "I earn UPI Study points for sharing this." In a video, say it and put it in the description. It is the same rule big creators follow.

    Which posts can Athena check?

Public posts on Reddit, YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn and blogs. Instagram, Facebook and DegreeForum show programs a login page or a security check, so a post there may end as "could not verify" and earn nothing. If that happens, Athena tells you why.

What does not count? (fair play)
    • Only real new students count. An account that existed before it opened your link, your own other account, or a made-up email address earns nothing.
    • One signup per phone or computer counts for each link. A second account on the same device earns nothing.
    • Making accounts yourself to collect points is not allowed: those points are taken back, and the code can be switched off.
    • If an order uses an affiliate code, no points are earned on it. We never pay twice for one sale.
    • A renewal does not earn. A friend's first paid order on a subscription plan earns; later charges on the same plan do not. A different course is a new sale and earns again.
    • Under-18 accounts cannot earn points.
    • A refund takes back the points it earned, but never makes your balance negative.
    • Posts: someone else's post, a post sent from a phone or computer that other accounts also send posts from, or posts that are not genuine earn nothing. After a warning, points for posts are paused on that account.
