Savings = credits × $354 (SNHU's published online undergraduate per-credit rate). SNHU is not a signed UPI Study partner; it evaluates transfer credit course-by-course, and final credit awards are determined solely by SNHU's registrar.
Leadership and Organizational Behavior looks at how people act in workplaces and why organizations function the way they do. It covers topics like leadership styles, motivation, communication, teamwork, personality, values, and decision-making so you can understand both individual behavior and group dynamics in a business setting. The course also connects these ideas to real organizational problems, such as morale, conflict, and ethical choices.
The course is self-paced and online, built from video lessons, quizzes, an assignment, and a final exam. Your grade is split evenly across attendance, quizzes, assignments, and the final exam at 25% each. Once you complete the course and its transcript is issued, the credit can be applied at SNHU as OL1ELE – Organizational Leadership Elective.
Work on motivation, communication, teamwork, and ethical decision-making translates directly to supervising people, running meetings, and handling conflict on the job. At SNHU, the credit lands as an elective within Associate Degree and Bachelor's Degree programs, so the same material shows up in your degree progress as well as in your day-to-day work.
After you finish, your transcript goes to SNHU, where the registrar reviews the course on a course-by-course basis and applies OL1ELE – Organizational Leadership Elective. That recognition counts toward your total credit hours and your elective requirements in your SNHU degree plan. SNHU allows up to 90 credits (75%) to transfer, and this course counts against that ceiling. SNHU does not have a signed partnership with UPI Study, so acceptance depends on each course's individual equivalency.
This course suits working adults who already have some college credit and want to shorten the path to an SNHU degree, as well as students who want to cover elective hours at a lower cost than taking the same credit at SNHU. Because OL1ELE is an elective equivalency rather than a required core course, it fills elective slots and will not replace a required business class. It is not a good fit if your degree plan needs a specific required course, if you want scheduled live instruction, or if you have already reached the point where transfer credit cannot add more hours toward the 90-credit (75%) transfer limit.
Southern New Hampshire University accepts UPI Study courses for transfer credit on a course-by-course basis. 46 equivalencies come from SNHU's Work & Life Experience database; the rest are recommended by UPI Study.
This is a verified course equivalency, not a formal partnership. Transfer credits are never guaranteed and are determined solely by the university's registrar.
Enroll for $250 (or use a UPI Study subscription), finish in 28–30 days, and transfer 3 credits to Southern New Hampshire University.
